Salary

We provide Competitive Compensation, typically disbursed on the 28th of every month. If it happens to fall on a weekend or holiday, you’ll
be paid the nearest workday ahead of the pay date.

Bonus

We offer performance based bonuses that are 
not assured and are exclusively granted when the company is thriving exceptionally.
Bonuses are determined from a discretionary portion of the net income for the twelve months concluding in December of each year. Typically, Bonuses are disbursed in January.

Overtime

Employees who work during their days off (Weekends or Official Holidays) are granted the value of 2 days which will be added to either their salary or to their annual leave balance to be utilized later.
- Employees send their overtime requests to their direct managers.
- Direct managers should approve employees’ overtime from the concerned Chief.

Vacations & Leaves

A vacation is your time to have fun, relax, be with friends and family and recharge your batteries.
We discourage working while on vacation because – well, if you’re working, it’s not really a vacation, is it? The office hustle can wait – this is your chance to hit the reset button.
You’ve worked hard, conquered tasks. It's time for a break that you absolutely deserve – take it and return to ILLA full of fresh energy and new ideas.


HOW ARE THE VACATIONS CALCULATED?
According to the total period of service as follows:
• 1 to less than 10 years: 21 working days
• +10 years socially insured: 30 working days

WHEN AM I ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS LEAVE?
Employees are entitled to annual vacation leave after completing their 3 months’ probation., at which their Annual Leave balance will be prorated for the first year.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE VACATION LEAVE?
Check your available annual vacation allowance and request on PeopleHum for manager approval.

Casual leave is your safety net for those unexpected twists in life. It's there to catch you when emergencies or surprises come your way.
You're entitled to up to 6 days of casual leave per year, with a cap of 2 days for each instance.

Remember, these casual leave days are accounted for within your overall annual leave count. So, while it's a flexible option, it's important to be mindful of how you use these days.

Sick leave is your lifeline for times when your health needs special attention. It's your safety net when you're unwell and need to take time to recover.

You're entitled to sick days to ensure you can prioritize your well-being. These days are there to support you when your health takes an unexpected turn. So, take care of yourself, use your sick days when needed, and return to your responsibilities feeling your best.

DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A MEDICAL NOTE FOR SICK LEAVES?
If you find yourself needing more than 2 days due to illness, kindly obtain a medical note from your doctor. Your well-being is our priority, and this measure ensures we have the necessary information to support you during your recovery.

Personal Emergency Leaves are designed to provide you with the necessary support when unexpected circumstances arise.
You have the privilege of availing up to 4 hours of personal emergency leave every month, which can be used for permissions or in case of late arrivals.

Military Leave

We highly value and honor the service and sacrifices made by our employees who are called to serve in the military and support them during their military duties
by providing them with unpaid time off without losing their job. Employees will be reinstated to their previous position or a position of similar status, pay, and benefits upon completion of their military service, as long as they meet the reemployment eligibility requirements.
